Flourish

Flourish Couples & Family Therapy, LLC, was founded by Claire Zwerk, LMSW-C in September of 2021 and is located in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Flourish's mission is to provide each client with quality services through research-based interventions. Here at Flourish, we as a team, strive to continue learning in order to provide cutting-edge services. We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, and McLaren Health and offer private pay rates to those without insurance or who are not in network with our accepted insurance companies.

Meet The Team

Claire Zwerk, LMSW-C

Claire is a fully licensed Master of Social Work and specializes in working with couples, families, and individual adults struggling with relationship or family issues, as well as all things related to pregnancy and family planning. Claire is Level Three trained in the Gottman Method and uses a mixture of therapy modalities, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy to work with clients. Claire earned both her Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree from Saginaw Valley State University and founded Flourish Couples & Family Therapy, LLC in September of 2021.

Samantha Wefel, LLMSW-C

Samantha is a limited licensed clinical social worker who is working to obtain her full license. Samantha graduated from MSU in 2024 where she earned her Masters Degree in Social Work. Samantha has worked in child welfare as a Children’s Protective Services worker, Licensing worker, and a quality assurance analyst resolving barriers to disparities amongst youth in care and increasing safe parental reunification. Samantha’s most recent experiences include working with K-8 grade students who require accommodations to be successful during their academic experience. Samantha has a passion to work with children, adolescents, families and adults who are open to positive and impactful change.

Ciara Bennett, LMSW-C

Ciara is a fully licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with adolescents,
young adults, and families. Ciara is passionate about working with those struggling with mental
health issues such as anxiety and depression, self-esteem, stress management, life adjustments,and family issues. Ciara uses a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. Ciara helps clients build resilience and take healthy steps toward living out their greatest quality of life. Ciara received her Bachelor’s Degree from Saginaw Valley State University in 2021 and her Master’s Degree from Michigan State University in 2022.

Tammy Ewing, LLMSW-C

Tammy is a limited licensed clinical social worker who is working to obtain her full license. Tammy graduated from SVSU in 2024 where she earned her Masters Degree in Social Work. Tammy has worked in child welfare as a foster care worker prior to transitioning to being an adoption worker and later to becoming a Court Appointed Special Advocacy Supervisor. Tammy’s most recent experiences include working with college students who required assistance with access or accommodations to be successful during their college experience. Tammy is currently working with children, adolescents, individual adults, and couples, who have various mental health issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Lauren Vukovich, LLMSW-C

Lauren is a limited licensed clinical social worker working to get full licensure who is passionate about working with children, teens and families. Lauren has worked previously as a Children's Advocate advocating for children in schools, juvenile detention centers, and in their homes. She also has additional experience with de-escalating teens and families within the crisis hospital setting. Lauren has worked with individuals with various diagnoses including but not limited to: ADHD, ODD, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression, and issues with families, self harm, self-esteem, and bullying. Lauren received her Bachelors Degree from Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU) in 2022, and her Masters in Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University in 2024.

Flourish Financial

Flourish Financial Therapy, LLC was founded by Landon Zwerk, AFC®, in January of 2024 and is located in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Our mission at Flourish Financial is to combine money, emotions, and research-based practices to help people find balance and meaning in their finances. By going beyond the nuts and bolts of our money and looking deeper into the emotions that drive financial behavior, we realize that money is so much more than dollars and cents. We are excited to work and collaborate with individuals, couples, employers, and professionals to provide our innovative financial therapy services and promote comprehensive financial health.

Landon is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) and member of the Financial Therapy Association and the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education. After earning his bachelor’s degree in business management from Saginaw Valley State University, Landon gained experience in the family business space as well as, most recently, the financial planning/wealth management industry. With a mind for personal finance and a heart for helping people, Landon founded Flourish Financial Therapy, LLC to help clients better understand their money.
